No Lectern, No Notes: Speaking at DroidKaigi 2026
How we prepared our DroidKaigi 2026 talk on Sony’s Kotlin Multiplatform journey. We did it in Japanese, with a co-speaker, standing in front of the lectern instead of behind it. I forgot my second sentence and missed a slide, and it still went well.
